About Briana

Drawing from a belief in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, Briana creates a sacred space for her clients to embark on a journey of holistic healing and self-discovery.

Briana is incredibly passionate about working with clients looking to process and release past wounds that may be stifling their ability to show up as their most authentic selves. She is most skilled at working with clients looking to process and explore past traumas, inner-child work, self-image and self-concept concerns, interpersonal conflicts, life transitions, and spirituality.

Though Briana's therapeutic style is quite eclectic, she is most enthusiastic about using therapy modalities that are existential, trauma-informed, somatic, strength-based, and client-centered. She welcomes clients of any and all multicultural backgrounds, orientations, and identities.

Briana has specialized training in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy (Level One and Two) and obtained her master's degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Adler University. She acquired her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Women & Gender Studies from Roosevelt University.

Regardless of whether Briana is working with individuals, couples, or families, she is committed to fostering spiritual resilience, deepening connections, and supporting clients in their journey toward wholeness and growth.
