Karolina Hellige

Karolina creates an atmosphere that fosters a true relationship between the client and the self, which is a key component in her amazing ability to empower insight and transformation in her clients.

Karolina Knopp is a licensed psychotherapist (LCPC) engaging in individual, couples, family and group therapy with adults and adolescents. She has extensive experience in clinical assessment and treatment, working with multicultural and diverse populations specializing in mood, anxiety and trauma disorders along with self-esteem, relationship, life transitions, adjustment and identity issues. Karolina utilizes a holistic mindfulness approach creating a non-judgmental and empowering space promoting growth, insight and positive change.

In addition, Karolina’s integrative approach to therapy focuses on fostering an authentic relationship with self. She combines a modern therapeutic approach along with energy work, healing and meditation techniques to encourage balance and transformation.

Karolina received a double Masters in Counseling Psychology and Education Specialist Degree from University of Florida, she is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and is licensed by the state of Illinois. Further, she is trained in meditation, energy work and healing practices.
